Pass the Test: a two day seminar designed to help home inspectors pass the North Carolina State Licensing Exam; class comes with a passing guarantee.

Continuing Education: a one and a half day seminar designed to help certified home inspectors complete 12 hours of CEU credits.

Hand on Training: 2 day seminar that offers hands on inspection of at least two houses and a four-hour section covering the mandatory continuing education elements outlined annually by the North Carolina Inspector Licensing Board.
