2010 Continuing Education (CEU) for Licensed Home Inspectors in North Carolina

-This seminar includes 12 hours of continuing education credits for licensed home inspectors.

-Includes the mandatory 4 hours of classroom instruction as required by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensing Board.

-Includes an additional 8 hours of practical instruction to meet the yearly CEU requirement.

-Conducted under the supervision of active licensed and certified home inspectors with over 20 years of experience providing quality continuing education seminars to licensed Home Inspectors in North Carolina & South Carolina.

Notes
-This years elective courses are designed to properly instruct both seasoned and new inspectors developing an understanding of how building codes can affect home inspections. We will clarify many code issues that inspectors come across every day. Our second session will be common mistakes that home inspectors make during an inspection and how to avoid them.

-CEU Licensing Booklets will be provided by us at each seminar; they will not be mailed to you this year.
