CONTINUING EDUCATION TRAINING 2007

Purpose
-This seminar includes 12 hours of continuing education credits for licensed home inspectors.

Includes:
-4 hours of mandatory education elements required by the North Carolina State Licensing Board to maintain active status.
-8 hours of elective course instruction

Notes
-This years elective courses are designed to properly instruct both seasoned and new inspectors on developing an understanding of water movements and how water infiltrates into, through and around building envelopes. The management of the forces that drive water or moisture through a building envelope and proper installation and problems found with all types of cladding systems including stone veneer. Actual working exhibits will be on site for hands on instruction. Building Envelope 4-hours; Exterior inspections 4-hours.

-Each inspector must bring his/her own personal copy of the NC Inspector 2007-2008 Mandatory CEU's for Home Inspectors Participant Guide Book.

-Guide books are provided annually to home inspectors licensed by the NC Licensing Board.

-You WILL NOT be admitted to the course without it.
