This company is the oldest and largest provider of home inspection courses in the Southeast Atlantic region of the United States.
The North Carolina Home Inspection Licensure Board has approved
all of our home inspection courses for continuing education credits.
Questions regarding licensing status should be made to the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensing Board at 919-662-4480.
License Requirements
All home inspectors are mandated to acquire 12 hours of continuing education credits prior to the September 30 license expiration date. Our CEU courses are approved annually by the North Carolina Home Inspection Licensing board. As an additional service to you, your hours of attendance will be submitted automatically to the Licensing Board, along with the $42 licensing filing fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the seminar after registering, notification of cancellation by phone, fax, or e-mail to NECHS prior to start of seminar is required.
Registrant will be given the opportunity to attend a future seminar date within the same CEU year.
All received registration fees are non-refundable unless approved by NECHS, Inc. A portion of received registration fees will be retained for processing.
