Classroom Continuing Education Classes
These courses take place throughout the state and are conducted by an instructor in a classroom setting at a designated time and place.
Online Continuing Education Classes
These courses consist of online modules that students navigate through at their own pace at the time of their choosing.
All home inspectors are mandated to acquire 12 hours of continuing education hours every year. The deadline to complete the continuing education is September 10th.
Of the 12 hours, 4 hours must be the North Carolina Licensing Board (NCHILB) Update Course. We are approved to teach the 2023 Update Course! The other 8 hours can be any other elective course that is approved by the NCHILB. We have multiple online and classroom courses available to meet this requirement.
